aBOUT THE CREATOR

Angel Gonzalez, Bilingual Education doctoral student at Texas A&M University-Kingsville.
I am from Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. I am a second language learner, and I personally know the importance of implementing technology in a language acquisition classroom like ESL. I believe educators need to be constantly try to find better ways to teach and engage their language learners, and technology is one of them. Technology is a nice way of supporting the students throughout their learning process. I believe that people who speak more than one language develop better cognitive skills, learn new things faster and are also at an advantage in the current globalized job market. I am and will always be an advocate of bilingualism and bilingual education. I encourage you to fight for a multilingual society.
